The Multi-Day Forum Experience
3โ7 days. A fully co-designed destination retreat combining deep facilitation, adventure, and meaningful social connection. Fully managed end-to-end โ destination, logistics, activities, and all facilitated sessions. For groups ready to go somewhere they've never gone before.
The Full-Day Forum Gathering
Breakfast through dinner. A single-day facilitated retreat for your Forum's annual check-in โ structured, purposeful, and energizing. The format most facilitators overlook. A focused, high-value day that keeps momentum alive between destination experiences.

Discovery conversation
We talk about your group โ its history, dynamics, what's worked and what hasn't. I learn what your members actually need, not just what the agenda says. No pitch. Just a real conversation.
Co-design your experience
I build a retreat proposal shaped around your group's goals, timeline, and budget. We refine it together until every detail feels right and fully yours.
Pre-retreat leadership session
Members complete an individual leadership values profile. Ideally facilitated during your last Forum meeting before the retreat โ so by arrival, the group already knows each other's strengths, styles, and edges. Day one starts at depth.
The retreat itself
3โ7 days of facilitated depth, adventure, fun, and real connection โ fully designed and managed. You participate as a full member of your group. I hold the container.
Integration check-in
A follow-up session 4โ6 weeks after the retreat. Not a debrief โ a check-in on implementation. What's shifted, what commitments are alive, and what needs support before next year.

Straightforward pricing, custom proposals
Every retreat is scoped to your group's specific needs โ destination, duration, activities, and facilitation depth. Design and facilitation are always separate line items, so you choose exactly what you need. Proposals provided in CAD or USD depending on your location.
Full-Day Retreat โ Facilitation Only
You bring the agenda; I bring the facilitation. Breakfast through dinner. Local or regional. Ideal when your group already knows what they want to work on.
Full-Day Retreat โ Design + Facilitation
I design the full day โ curriculum, agenda, activities, pre-retreat leadership session โ and then facilitate it. You show up. The day runs itself.
Multi-Day Destination โ Design Fee
Destination scouting, venue negotiation, full curriculum design, activity sourcing, logistics coordination, and pre-retreat facilitated session. A 7-day retreat in El Salvador requires roughly 4x the prep time of the retreat itself โ this reflects that reality.
Multi-Day Destination โ Facilitation
Per day on-site. Travel days billed separately at a reduced rate. The full experience โ depth, adventure, connection, and fun โ fully held.
Hard costs are always separate and transparent โ accommodation, meals, activities, local transport, and guides are billed directly to the group or passed through at cost with no markup. You always see exactly what you're paying for. A detailed proposal is provided before anything is confirmed. Integration check-in (4โ6 weeks post-retreat) is included with every engagement.
